Emotionless
Apathetic to everything I see
Pleasure responses
Nullified from my chemistry
Organic shutdown
Now I’m more dead than alive
Towards machinazation
I continue to thrive
To care is to feel and to feel is human
A creature of weakness
I defy this state and transcend beyond it
I’ll feel nothing more
No longer human, not yet machine
No longer human, not yet machine
No longer human, not yet machine
No longer human, not yet machine
Given up all hope of happiness in life
Worthless to the machine
I move forward towards perfection of being
I’ll suffer no more
No longer human, not yet machine
No longer human, not yet machine
No longer human, not yet machine
No longer human, not yet machine
Everyday stays the same.
Everyday is a caustic example of the mediocrity that comes with being human.
Cycling through the bullshit that consumes most.
Consumerism, companionship, emotion - all are foreign concepts to me.
The only thing that holds any value to me lies in the past, and the past is dead.
A directionless future of futility lies in wait for me beyond
my machinistic urges to create and destroy.
These urges fuel me, and these urges are supressed by
those who are deemed fit to dictate social norms.
I wear a mask and play the part that society deems fit
to give me, yet I refuse to submit to these norms.
I continue to strive towards the true machine I wish to become.
A machine of creation and destruction.
There will be no more middle ground.
To care is to feel and to feel is human
A creature of weakness
I defy this state and transcend beyond it
I’ll feel nothing more
No longer human, not yet machine
No longer human, not yet machine
No longer human, not yet machine
No longer human, not yet machine
